Shin’s career spans the globe—from certifying divers at the resort hotels in Bali, Cebu, and Hawaii as a scuba diving instructor, to exploring the whole world, to mastering Hospitality management operations before earning his Master’s in San Francisco. After graduating, he worked at some U.S. hotels as an only Japanese speaking employee, returned to Japan. There, he continued his global journey as a marketing manager for a Tokyo-based international hotel reservation company, traversed more than 50 countries for work. Later, he transitioned into the IT oriented marketing agency to learn more business relationship with the worldwide clients. Now a seasoned producer, he blends this unique cross-industry expertise to deliver tailored solutions for media projects for 20 years. Having collaborated with international crews and top-tier brands, Shin brings a fresh perspective that elevates productions in Japan beyond expectations.
